Swipeflot is a tool that automatically creates TikTok slideshows from a campaign by generating text and visuals with artificial intelligence, then assembling them into downloadable videos.

3. Intended audience

The service is intended for professionals and brands using it for their own content. You must have the necessary rights to the content you generate and distribute.

4. Account and credits

You must create an account to use the service. Credits, when purchased (via Stripe), are used when generating slideshows. Unused credits are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. AI-generated content

Text and visuals are generated by artificial intelligence models and may contain imperfections. You are responsible for checking the accuracy and compliance of the content before publishing it. We do not guarantee specific results.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to create illegal, misleading, defamatory, hateful content, or content that infringes third-party rights or the terms of social platforms (including TikTok).

7. Intellectual property

The service and its elements (interface, code) are the property of Swipeflot. The content you generate belongs to you, subject to rights on the elements provided by the service.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Swipeflot shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the application.
